Can this be handled without travelling to Belarus?
We organise document services while you remain in your country of residence. Remote handling of your specific request is checked before work begins.
Who issues or certifies the document?
Official records are issued by the competent institutions. ProstoBY is a private service arranging the agreed work and delivery of the result.
What determines the cost?
The record type, scope of work, institutional requirements and delivery. We quote privately before payment.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on the institution, available records and agreed scope. We provide an estimate after reviewing your request and do not promise government decisions or processing times.
Can I add translation, apostille and delivery?
Yes, when required for your document and destination. We agree the scope in advance for your intended use.
How do I get started?
