1. General provisions
These terms govern prostoby.com and ProstoBY services. The website owner and service provider is AUTAGO BAU Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Ogrodowa 3/LU-33, 00-893 Warsaw, entered in the business register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw under KRS 0001153798, NIP 5273150586, REGON 540838989, email info@prostoby.com, phone +48 731 121 614.
Definitions:
- Website: prostoby.com and all its language versions.
- Client: an individual or organisation requesting our services.
- Consumer: an individual client ordering a service outside their business activities.
- Services: assistance obtaining documents from Belarus and apostilles, and related activities described on the website.
- Contract: the service agreement concluded with the client before payment.
2. Using the website
The website is informational. Its contents are not legal advice and do not replace a personalised quote.
A modern browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled is sufficient to use the website.
It is prohibited to submit unlawful content, disrupt the website, collect data automatically or impersonate others.
3. How the contract is concluded
- Contact us via a messenger, email or website form and describe your enquiry.
- We prepare a free, non-binding quote with the cost, timeframe and what you need to provide.
- If you agree, we send the contract. It is concluded electronically after your confirmation.
- We start work after the contract is concluded and the advance is paid.
Submitting a form or message does not itself conclude a contract.
4. Duties of the parties
The client must provide accurate data and documents needed for the order, answer questions and pay on time.
We undertake to provide services diligently, report every stage, keep your documents confidential and promptly flag obstacles to completion.
5. Cost and payment
Prices are not published. The cost depends on the document, authority and urgency and is specified in your quote and contract.
Our fee, state charges and delivery are listed separately in the quote.
Payment: 50% advance after signing; the remaining 50% when the document is ready, before dispatch. Payment methods are in the contract. We issue a payment document.
6. Timeframes
Courier delivery of the original takes 2–5 working days depending on country and urgency.
Quoted timeframes are estimates: usually 7–14 working days, urgent service from 5. They depend on state authorities, postal and courier services beyond our control. We immediately notify you of changes.
7. Liability
State authorities decide whether to issue documents and apostilles. We are not responsible for their decisions or how a foreign institution assesses a document.
We are not liable for consequences of inaccurate client data or documents, postal delays or force majeure.
If we cannot arrange the document, we will refund 100% of our service fee. State fees already paid in Belarus are non-refundable.
These limitations do not affect statutory consumer rights.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason by writing to info@prostoby.com.
If you requested work to start before the 14-day period ends, withdrawal requires payment for services performed up to that point.
The right to withdraw does not apply once the service is fully performed with your express consent and prior acknowledgement of losing that right.
Refunds are made within 14 days using the original payment method.
9. Complaints
Send complaints to info@prostoby.com or Telegram. Describe what happened and the resolution you seek. We respond within 14 days.
Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, such as the local consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).
10. Intellectual property
Website text, design, images and logo belong to ProstoBY or are used under licence. Copying or use without written consent is prohibited.
11. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
12. Applicable law and changes
Polish law applies. Consumer disputes are heard by the court determined under general rules; business disputes by the court at the provider's registered office.
We may change these terms without affecting existing contracts. The current version is always published here.
