What types of certificates are available?
Employment and salary certificates are requested most often. Archives also issue certificates of study and registered residence, copies of orders and other information from organisations' records. We select the exact type of certificate to match the requirements of the institution abroad.
If the organisation no longer exists
When an employer or educational institution closes, its personnel records are transferred to a state or district archive. Finding the right archive is our job. You only need to give us the organisation's name, city and years of employment or study.
Apostille for an archival certificate
The Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice issues apostilles for certificates from state archives. With an apostille, the certificate is accepted in countries party to the 1961 Hague Convention. We submit the completed certificate for an apostille straight away; no second order is needed.
Timeframes
Archives work to their own timeframes: finding records from many years ago takes longer than obtaining a certificate from an operating employer. We will give you an exact date in your quote, before you pay. An apostille for a completed certificate takes 7–14 working days, or 5 with urgent service.
