ProstoBY is a service of the Polish company AUTAGO BAU Sp. z o.o. We arrange apostilles and documents from Belarus for Belarusians in Poland, Germany, Lithuania and other European countries — without a trip home.

We started because we know what it is like: you need one document from Belarus in Europe, but getting it means taking time off, buying tickets and losing weeks. We take care of that part for you.

What we promise every client
Price before payment
We quote the exact cost and timeframe before payment. No extra charges along the way.
Contract and 50% advance payment
We work under a contract with a Polish company. The balance is due when the document is ready.
100% service fee refund
If we cannot arrange the document, we will refund 100% of our service fee. State fees already paid in Belarus are non-refundable.
One dedicated manager
One person handles your order from start to finish. Updates come via messenger.
Privacy
We process data in accordance with GDPR and use it only for your order.
The original delivered to you
A scan as soon as it is ready; the original by courier within 2–5 working days.
Company
A registered company in Poland
ProstoBY is a brand of AUTAGO BAU Sp. z o.o. Your contract is with a company registered in the National Court Register (KRS). Its details can be checked in public registers.
Apostilles and documents are issued by the government authorities of the Republic of Belarus. ProstoBY is not a government authority.

A little about us
Are you a government organisation?
No. We are a private service: we handle preparation and support, while the documents and apostilles themselves are issued by Belarusian government authorities.
Who do I sign the contract with?
With AUTAGO BAU Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland. The details are listed above and in the contract.
Do you only work with Poland?
No. Belarusians need documents throughout Europe — we can send the original to any EU country.
