What is an apostille?

One stamp — and your document can be used abroad

An apostille authenticates the signature and seal on a Belarusian document. It allows acceptance in Poland and almost 130 other countries party to the 1961 Hague Convention without consular legalisation.

The apostille is issued in Belarus by the authority responsible for your document type. It cannot be issued in another country.

Apostille questions

Common questions before ordering

Can I get the apostille in the country where I live?

No. An apostille on a Belarusian document is issued only in Belarus. We arrange it without your trip.

How much does an apostille cost?

It depends on the document, authority and urgency. We quote the exact amount before payment.

How long does it take?

Usually 7–14 working days, or 5 working days urgently.

What if I do not have the original document?

We obtain a replacement certificate, duplicate diploma or new statement and add an apostille.

Do I need a translation after the apostille?

Institutions abroad usually ask for a translation into the local language, often sworn. We advise you and arrange help through our translation partner.

What will you need from me?

A document photo and answers to a few questions. The full list comes with the quote.

Is an apostille required in Poland?

An apostille is not always required in Poland, but many institutions request one. Check the requirements of the receiving institution or send them to us.
